John Frances Ada


Son of William Ada and Elizabeth Lynn. .

Born in 1868, the thirty-first year of the reign of Queen Victoria, and died aged eighty-five in the second year of the reign of Queen Elizabeth II  He has 25 direct descendants in the family.

The Cape Vincent Adas


John (Jack) Frances Ada was born in Ontario, Canada and moved to Cape Vincent, New York, in 1885 just before his first son Robert William Ada was born.
The family has resided in Cape Vincent ever since.
Both John and Cora are buried in St John's cemetery in Cape Vincent.
