Born in 1878, the forty-first year of the reign of Queen Victoria, and died aged eighty-four in the eleventh year of the reign of Queen Elizabeth II

Biography


Ruth ( Cissie) Richardson was born on 22 April 1878 in Maidenhead, Berkshire, her father, William, was 26, and her mother, Martha, was 29. She had four brothers and four sisters. She died a spinster, on 15 January 1963 in Bushbury,Woodlands Road, Surrey, at the age of 84.
